REFUND POLICY
A admission ticket refund will only be given for the following:
- Snow tubing and ice skating, like many other sports, contain inherent risks including, but not limited to the risk of personal injury, including catastrophic injury, or death, or property damage, which may be caused by variations in terrain or weather conditions; or, surface or subsurface snow, ice, bare spots or areas of thin cover, ruts, bumps; or other persons using the facilities; or,rocks, debris; or, other natural objects or manmade objects that are incidental to the provision or maintenance of a tubing facility or skating rink in New York State.
New York law imposes a duty on you to become apprised of, and understand,
the risks inherent in the sports of tubing and skating, so that you may make an informed decision of whether to participate notwithstanding the risks. New York law also imposes additional duties upon you, to which you must adhere, for the purpose of avoiding injury caused by any of the risks inherent in tubing or skating.
If you are not willing to assume all of these risks and abide by all of these duties, you must not participate in tubing or skating at this park.If you are unprepared or unwilling to participate in tubing or skating due to the risks inherent in the sports or the duties imposed upon you by the law, you have a right to a refund to the purchaser in the form and amount of initial sale of any ticket returned to the park operator, intact and unused.
- A guest cancels their reservation (ticket purchase) 48 hours or more prior to their scheduled session
- All purchases are final, unless they fit into one of the above situations. All decisions of Park management are final.
